Nikolay K. Nedkov, PLS

  • Nikolay K. Nedkov, PLS, is a seasoned Geospatial professional and Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (AR, OK, LA) with a Master of Science in Geodesy and Photogrammetry and over two decades of progressive experience in land surveying, spatial data systems, and divisional leadership.
  • Nikolay demonstrates a strong background in advanced survey technologies, including Mobile, Drone, and SLAM LiDAR, alongside ARDOT-certified design survey workflows. He has successfully spearheaded large-scale public infrastructure, transportation, utility, and commercial projects, notably including major ALTA/NSPS acquisitions for Walmart Corporate, multi-mile corridor surveys, and extensive municipal LiDAR initiatives.
  • Combining deep technical expertise in Civil 3D, MicroStation, and open-source GIS development with proven team-building capabilities, Mr. Nedkov reliably oversees complex operations from business development and budget management to final quality assurance, consistently delivering land surveying and geospatial solutions across the region.
