MEET THE FOUNDERS

Jason Appel is a Professional Civil Engineer with more than 23 years of experience delivering infrastructure and development projects throughout Arkansas. His experience includes water and wastewater systems, street and storm drainage infrastructure, subdivisions, parks, schools, and commercial developments. Throughout his career, he has managed and contributed to thousands of projects for both public and private sector clients. Jason is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Arkansas.

Jason is known for his practical approach to engineering, strong project management skills, and commitment to client service. He believes successful projects are built through collaboration, clear communication, and thoughtful solutions that support long-term community growth and development.

Ferdinand Fourie is a registered Professional Engineer with more than two decades of experience in civil engineering, land development, and public infrastructure projects. His work spans commercial, residential, mixed-use, and public works developments throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, and beyond. Ferdinand is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Ferdinand brings a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership, and real-world project experience. He is passionate about helping clients navigate the development process while delivering practical, high-quality engineering solutions that create lasting value for the communities they serve.
